Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the specified shipping address provided. If not, please email us at fidachocolates@gmail.com with a detailed description/ pictures of your order for assistance with an exchange. 

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, returns are not offered. 

We will ship your order to the shipping address you provide. Fida Chocolates is not responsible for failed deliveries when:
1. You provide an incorrect address;
2. Your recipient is not available
