Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the specified shipping address provided. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email us at fidachocolates@gmail.com with a detailed description of your dissatisfaction, for assistance with an exchange or refund.

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, returns are not offered. 

We will ship your order to the shipping address you provide. Fida Chocolates is not responsible for failed deliveries when:
1. You provide an incorrect address;
2. Your recipient is not available
