**Shipping Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, returns are not offered.
We will ship your order to the shipping address you provide. Fida Chocolates is not responsible for failed deliveries when:
1. You provide an incorrect address;
2. Your recipient is not available
- We will start shipping Ramadan&Eid orders on February 19th. Please check your email/spam for order confirmation and tracking number
- We ship via UPS 3rd day ground. Shipping rates starts at $9 depending on the weight and the customer address
Our shipping system highly monitored the temperature of your package to arrive in a perfect condition
- Each chocolate box will be wrapped with a thermo insulated bubble, stack with cold ice pack
- To minimize the amount of air circulating, we fill the remaining area with peanut and bubble wrap as they have insulating properties that make them effective for chocolates shipping
- Once your order is packed and shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you along with a tracking number

Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the specified shipping address provided. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email us at fidachocolates@gmail.com with a detailed description of your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a refund.
